PROGRAM: training indoor and outdoor rock climbing lessons ! Learn the principles of climbing, the progression techniques and the modern training sessions.
FOR WHO: suitable for beginners and advance climbers, that want to perfect their technique and the safety manoeuvres, leading and top roping, to obtain concrete results with sessions indoor and on the rock faces of Trieste cliffs.
OUR COURSES: highly personalized with small groups: limited places, free use of individual gear (harness, shoes, helmet) and team equipments (ropes, safety systems).
PERIOD: 6 lessons per month (4 lessons indoor and 2 lessons outdoor on rock), December 2022, January 2023 and February 2023.
LOCATION: indoor lessons at Palatrieste climbing hall and outdoor lessons at the Trieste cliffs.

2 outdoor lessons in the Trieste cliffs: 9:00-1:00 pm dates 10,17/12/22
JANUARY 2023:
4 indoor lessons: 8:30-10:00 pm dates 10,12,24,26/01/23
2 outdoor lessons in Trieste cliffs: 9:00-1:00 pm dates 14,28/01/23
FEBRUARY 2023:
4 indoor lessons: 8:30-10:00 pm dates 2,9,16,23/02/23
2 outdoor lessons in Trieste cliffs: 9:00-1:00 pm dates 11,18/02/23
